Tips

The nurseries are producing every years several millions of tips for use in the nurseries but also for distribution all over Europe to growers and nurseries.

Due to the very nice spring weather in Italy the nurseries can provide tips very early: deliveries in Belgium and Holland start already end June to peak early July .

Tips are grown full field with drip irrigated motherplants. As sun shine in Italy in the spring is very intense, the tips are smaller thatn in North Europe but the vigour after regrowth is very strong.

Tips are delivered in boxes in plastic bags or in bins in jute bags. All transport is of course with refrigerated trucks.
